I am on Mac OS X 10.6 and I just want to use LWJGL. I tried the tutorials on the webpage but it is not working can you help me please ?

What are you trying to do (paste code)? Which tutorial are you going through? What is wrong?

this is off topic:
I also just purchased, a mac with snow leopard (first Mac I ever owned). and wow LWJGL actually works in safari 64bit mode.
1 bug on the applet, teapot test, after exiting fullscreen it lost focus of the keyboard, but im guessing this is a issue with the program. yet doesnt happen on XP. Yet on XP it doesnt change resolution.

what version of lwjgl are you using? theres a keyboard loss fix for applets (on linux) coming in the LWJGL 2.4 release (already in the nightly).

im not sure on the lwjgl version, as it was a test over the net.
ill do my own tests on the Mac with the latest build and report if there are any problems
