Hi, i'm using lwjgl-2004-05-14-swt to develop a 3d tool.

Should i continue to do so? Or should i switch to SWT/SWING with JOGL?
Does SWT with LWJGL have a future?
I tried to use LWJGL 0.93 but it didn't have SWT support :(
I'm still in the beginning of the development,so switching should be easy.

BTW: Using LWJGL with SWT is great!

Thanks for your support! :D

LWJGL + SWT isn't officially supported by any lwjgl devs. It does however work fine with:
http://www.realityinteractive.com/software/oss/#SWTOGL
which I used the other day. It is made by rgrzywinski who frequents these boards.

I would love to get a more precise plan for swt support (and other lwjgl stuff :)) - but it's a matter of resources...

rgrzywinskis stuff works perfectly
um

rgrzywinski

Though I do frequent the boards, it may not be frequent enough if you're having a problem.

Please feel free to email me at any time (my email is available in the readme that comes with the library) if you have any problems.

Thank you!

rgrzywinski stuff is working perfectly here too  :D

I'm using
j2sdk1.5.0,
swt-opengl-win32-0.7.1, (the rgrzywinski stuff  8) )
swt-3.0.1-win32 and
lwjgl-0.93

I guess i will not swich to  AWT/SWING with JOGL after all

Thanks   :D
