Why does Matrix4 not move?

what is the hell? Because I have made C++/C# and Matrix4 made alive but Java is nothing.


Can you help me?

but why does it happen with Matrix4


Check my C++ repository it works fine under Windows 10 include libraries ( glfw3 and glew32 + stb )
