Using OpenGL C reference with Java/LWJGL?

Hi, I'm trying to learn newer OpenGL (3.3 or above).  I found a nice tutorial :

I can create a basic window, but getting stuck on lesson 2: /tutorial-2-the-first-triangle/

Are there any guidelines on converting this to lwjgl ?  I know this exists in LWJGL, but just having troubles on exactly 'how' to convert it.

What would be the process of converting this example into Java/LWJGL?
