Full-screen window shifts to right

This is MS Windows specific problem.
When the window task bar is located at left corner, the full screen window shifts to right more and more every time the window loses focus and regain focus by Alt+Tab.
How can I fix this?
Or is there any way not to lose focus when Alt+Tab is pressed.
