Hi all,

I know refresh rates of 0Hz are expected on laptops, but I'm seeing them on my Win98SE desktop CRT as well.  Is this expected, or is something fishy going on?

(Win98SE, 32MB GeForce256 DDR, looks like 4.13.01.2832 drivers)

If your monitor is ancient and shite it won't have any plug and play info. Therefore Win98 doesn't know what modes it supports so we get a zero back, meaning, we can't change it in software safely.

Or it just might be the fact you're using Win98.

For God's sake upgrade to XP!!!! It's probably the only decent bit of sofware to come out of Microsnot for years.

Cas :)
