Can I assume that all OpenGL content are into LWJGL? If I study under NeHe site, can I port those programs without any issue?

yup, and its already been done, also have a look at the bottom of nehe tutorial pages sometimes u even find a lwjgl version of the tutorial!

however there are some issues where windows or os specific extensions are used, which makes it a little harder to port to lwjgl, but that only applies in very very few cases!
