[BUG] Mouse.getDWheel() always return 0 under Windows

The same code tested under Linux works well, but under Windows Mouse.getDWheel() always return 0.

Tried with both Mouse.setGrabbed(false) and Mouse.setGrabbed(true)

I also use LWJGL in a canvas (setParent)

JAVA 7, LWJGL 2.8.5
