Changes in Lwjgl bugged or something?

I don't know why i updated just the necessary i believe from here:

It was from a tutorial in youtube on how to do flappybird on lwjgl/java but when i tried it there were functions that were replaced in newer versions of lwjgl so i changed it but now when i execute the game it's really bugged, like the pipes do not appear where they should/etc, I'm not sure what's causing it :/
