hello, im new to lwjgl and I have a problem.
Im running ubuntu 5.10 linux with a radeon 9800pro lwjgl .99
when I run fgl_glxgears it runs perfect and says "GLX_SGIX_pbuffer"
when I run the pbuffer test on lwjgl site it fails and says "no pbuffer suffort"
and when I run any of the tests in jme that use pbuffer they also fail.
Is pbuffer supported in linux in lwjgl?
thx in advace for reply

well, to answer my own qustion I found this while googling:

QuoteI was happy to see a new ATI driver release for Linux, with Xorg 6.8 support, yay!

Only to find that the new drivers still lack Pbuffer and VBO support.

We won't repeat the last ATI Linux rant, but I am going to sit here and make a sad face. Unfortunately, buying a nice shiny new NVidia card won't happen for another couple months.

nvidia should write ati a thank you note for sending so much business their way, or should I say forcing
Im getting nvidia asap.
