Title: Commercial use with LWJGL
Post by: codvir on November 25, 2010, 19:54:43
Hello,

My English is not native.

I would like to know if LWJGL is allowed to use in commercial programs/games?
If I am not changing nothing in the source code and only using the LWJGL calls in my source code is allowed to sell my programs without publishing my sources?

Thanks

yes, LWJGL is BSD licence so you can use it in your game without releasing your own source code.

What kappa said.
Also - you are allowed to change LWJGL as much as you want too, without ever publishing anything. However, we do appreciate getting patches back for features that may benefit others.

The license is here: http://lwjgl.org/license.php
