Title: Puppygames Game Development Competition!
Post by: princec on March 12, 2006, 17:11:20
(xpost from Javagaming.org)

As detailed here on my new blog (http://www.puppygames.net/blog/?p=20), Puppygames is officially opening a little games competition. No rules or restrictions really, crappy prize, and the deadline's 30th April 2006. Of course you Java types have a bit of an advantage when it comes to scoring points as you can most likely get it running on all the computers without any trouble at all. It'd be nice to see a Blitz entry or two and see how they compare with Java.

So go for it!

As far as judges and hosting's concerned... meh, we'll deal with it later  8)

Hi all!

The blog entry http://www.puppygames.net/blog/?p=20 doesn't mention sending the source, right? Is it ok, not to send it?

Engine's up and running!  :)

Cheers,
Sormuras

PS - I got this message from my mail sender: Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.gmx.net.

I don't care for the source! For all I know the entries will be in Ruby or Python and will make me ill just looking at them.

... and whoops, need to set up that email address quick!
