Pressing ALT or F10 seems to pause the display until another button is pressed.
I've seen the same thing - ALT appears to switch the keyboard focus to the icon at the left of the window title, so my rendering stops. Other than rendering all the time I'm not sure if theres a workaround?
Win32: Ignore SC_*MENU messages (triggered on ALT and F10 and made LWJGL apps appear to hang)
Elias made a fix yesterday - haven't confirmed it though.
