Do you guys have a place where you discuss changes you want to make in CVS?  Or do you just make them and log the reasons?

ps.  Cas added me to the sourceforge developers, but I don't have write access.  With his computer in the shop I don't think he has had time to look into it.  Can someone check on my permissons for CVS?

Thanks.

Small changes (especially stuff the doesn't break anything) we just commit.
Larger stuff that spans platforms, needs to go through Elias OR if you can validate it on win32 & Linux yourself - you may do that too.
All other stuff should be send in an email to the other devs prior to any work being done. Preferably join the #lwjgl chat and fire away. Please don't wait for us to answer, since we might be in another timezone (like yesterday, when you joined)
You may also post a message on the boards, if you want to get the opinion of the community.

As for your CVS write access, you should be fine. You probably need to wait a day for access to be updated... You are using :ext: instead of :pserver:, right ?
