I'm newbie in delphi programing but I wonder if it's possible some how to made games in delphi and opengl for cell phones or it's only possible in java

Delphi is a desktop-PC only solution. Java theoretically works on all things but the reality is that it doesn't really work like that, for all sorts of complex technical and marketing reasons.
