Just wanted to say thanks to all the guys in the IRC channel for all the help. There's nothing better than finally getting something working.

Also, I just got joystick support enable for my starship fighter thinger in a matter of minutes. Here's the link to anyone that needs it!

http://sourceforge.net/projects/javajoystick/

Thanks again guys!

When was the last time you saw a Linux user using a joystick for anything other than self-pleasure? :P

Hi,  I'm looking for java joystick input, on linux. I've been having difficulties w/ javaJoystick and wanted to try lwjgl but am not sure if your Controller class supports linux, based on what I've read from this forum's posts.  Can someone please clarify?

Thank you,
amyb

In a word - no.

We're redoing Controller so that it works on all platforms. Well, we will do, when we figure it out.
