lwjgl 0.96 soon

I mentioned that lwjgl 0.96 would be released soon (actually today) - but I need to check something with elias, which is offline today because of easter (and he doesn't have net access @ home *gasp*).
If all goes well, the 0.96 release should contain devil support for all platforms (including dynamic loading) and fmod for all linux and windows (mac still an issue, because of missing dynamic header).

we're working as fast as possible to get it out - but still some stuff left to do.

probably because the boards were publicly accessible. I changed the requirements to be registered to post, to fix the recent flurry of anonymous posts, and to disallow any spamming attempts

sorry for the delay. I'll be doing some refactor tonight and we should be able to do the release tomorrow evening.
devil has been confirmed working on linux and mac so that will be included.
Fmod will unfortunately still not be available on mac just yet. Probably in 0.97 (need to write dynamic header code for fmod)
