Spammer Alert

Hi

Not sure who to contact about this, but I just got a spam e-mail from user MichealTracy (user id 17704) about a virus on my computer (I use Linux).  It then stated that if I didn't run and pass a scan my lwjgl account would be deleted and a complaint would be sent to my ISP with a 'Log' file containing information such as my IP address.  He wanted me to go to 'our site' (presumably, a website affiliated with lwjgl.org) and run a virus scan.  Here is the full e-mail I received:

You have just been sent a personal message by MichealTracy on lwjgl.org.

IMPORTANT: Remember, this is just a notification. Please do not reply to this email.

The message they sent you was:

Dear, chisser98!

A virus alert was noticed on your computer.
We highly recommend you to check your computer and perform online virus check at our site immediately: http://virus-scan.serveftp.org/online-scanner/chisser98
If you do not pass this test we will have to delete your account and forward a complaint to your ISP with attached log file (your IP address, etc.).

Anyway, just a heads up.  I would have contacted an admin, but I don't know how to do that.

not much we can do about it
someone creates an account and then spams all the users.

could disable sending PMs on the board - but it is actually used for "legit" reasons.

have deleted his account.

I've tightened things a bit... you can now only send 2 PMs per hour, and users can now report them to an admin.
