HELP! I downloaded .8 win32, but where do Extract it?

I"m using JCreater, do i need to make a PATH Variable?

Anywhere you please. When you are working with your LWJGL project make sure that the .dll is in the path contained in java.library.path and make sure the .jar file is in the classpath, and you should be set.
