Who pinched gluGetErrorString?

Wheres it gone? It appears to have vanished into the eather. :shock:
I notice a gluGetString, but that seems hardcoded to only return VERSION and EXTENSION strings.

Funnily enough, error codes like 1324 arn't actually that helpful :evil:
